Geena Fie (think “pie” but with an F) is a Realtor® with over 20 years of dedicated experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate real estate with confidence.
She currently serves clients with Ebby Halliday Realtors in the DFW North area, including Lantana, Texas, Argyle, Texas, Flower Mound, Texas, and communities throughout Denton County, Texas.
In addition to her work in Texas, Geena manages her boutique firm GW Estates and Homes, doing business as Geena Fie, where she serves as a Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina.
Known for her honest guidance, meaningful client education, and customized service, Geena helps clients make informed decisions and navigate complex real estate transactions with clarity and confidence.
From Kentucky to Charlotte to North Texas
Originally from a small town in Kentucky, Geena relocated to the Lake Norman area near Charlotte, North Carolina in 2004. Drawn to the region’s blend of small-town charm and vibrant growth, she quickly built her real estate career by learning from top-performing agents and focusing on delivering exceptional service.
In 2008, she launched her boutique brokerage, GW Estates and Homes, centered on creating relationship-driven experiences for buyers, sellers, and investors.
After many successful years in the Charlotte market, Geena relocated to North Texas, where she is expanding her client-focused approach in the thriving DFW real estate market.
Because she has personally relocated and worked in multiple states, Geena offers valuable perspective for clients moving to Texas and navigating unfamiliar real estate markets.

Geena lives in the DFW area with her spouse and their two Italian Greyhounds.
