Geena Fie is a Realtor® with over 20 years of dedicated experience, currently serving clients at Ebby Halliday DFW North in Texas while managing her boutique firm, GW Estates and Homes DBA Geena Fie, as a Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina. Originally from a small town in Kentucky, Geena relocated to Lake Norman (Charlotte, NC) in 2004 with determination and vision, drawn by its unique combination of small-town charm and vibrant living. Launching her real estate career by learning from top performers, Geena soon built her boutique firm in 2008, focused on creating genuinely enjoyable, relationship-driven experiences for buyers, sellers, and investors. Her commitment to personal connection and thoughtful service set her apart, and after thriving in Charlotte, she is now expanding her distinctive approach to the DFW area in Texas in 2025.

Geena lives in the DFW area with her spouse and two Italian Greyhounds. She enjoys traveling, gardening, and preparing gluten-free meals due to her Celiac diagnosis. Her interests and approachable nature foster lasting connections with her clients.
