From Kentucky to Lake Norman
Hi! I’m Geena Fie (think “pie” but with an F), and I’ve been a full-time Real Estate Broker for over 20 years, pouring my heart into helping folks find their dream homes right here in the Carolina's.
Back in 1996, I stumbled upon the Lake Norman-Charlotte area when it was still a hidden gem. I fell head over heels for Lake Norman's small-town charm mixed with Charlotte's big-city energy. With a vibrant economy, lakefront living, mountains and beaches within reach, and a climate that’s hard to beat, I knew this was the place for me. So, with just $5,000 in my pocket and a big dream, I left my little Kentucky hometown to become a real estate broker in this incredible area.
Early on, I had the chance to work with an amazing, high-performing team, soaking up invaluable experience that shaped my love for this industry. But as time went on, I realized I wanted to do things differently—to focus on what really matters: the people. I wanted to guide families through one of life’s biggest moments with care and connection, helping them find a home where they’d make lifelong memories. That’s why, in 2008, I took a leap and founded GW Estates and Homes.
At GW Estates and Homes, my goal is to make your buying or selling journey personal, seamless, and even a little fun! I’m all about building real relationships, walking you through every step, and tailoring the process to fit your unique needs.
