Pricing: The Signature Seller Service fee is 3-4% of the sale price, based on your home’s needs. For unrepresented buyers, I charge an additional 1.5% due to extra legal responsibilities and risk. I don’t offer buyer agent compensation as standard, but you’re welcome to include it, or buyers can request it directly—let’s discuss what works for you!

My à la carte options, gives you more options and control over costs while still getting my full expertise. Whether you’re buying or selling, I’m here to guide you through the complex real estate process with tailored services that fit your goals.


For Buyers: viewing properties, researching, drafting, and negotiating offers are the most unpredictable parts of the transaction process. Therefore, we operate a hybrid flat fee and á la carte service model, charging a small fee for house tours, detailed property research, and purchase offers. This gives our buyers more control over the process and expenses associated with thier purchase. 


For Sellers: the services I include with my Signature Service are what buyers want; some services are not necessary; however, should a seller choose additional services, they may pay for them upfront as an á la carte services. 


Payment Made Simple: I accept credit cards for retainer fees and à la carte services, making it easy to manage payments.

Dual Agency

Why I Avoid Dual Agency


When you work with me, you get my full loyalty. Dual agency—representing both buyer and seller in the same deal—can create conflicts, limiting an agent’s ability to advocate fully for either side. It restricts price negotiations, reduces tailored advice, and raises legal risks, which doesn’t sit right with me.


That’s why I choose not to practice dual agency. Whether you’re buying or selling, my focus is 100% on your goals—getting you the best price, terms, and peace of mind. With over 20 years in real estate, I’ve never had a buyer client want to purchase one of my listings, and I plan to keep it that way by putting your interests first.


My job is to fight for you, not balance both sides. This approach ensures clear, honest guidance and keeps your trust at the heart of every step.
